2025年11月26-28日,MBC“2025中国钠电产业年会”在苏州举行,作为全球钠电产业化领航企业,众钠能源受邀出席本次年会,首席技术官赵建庆教授在会上发表主题演讲。凭借聚阴离子技术产业化方面的领先优势,公司荣获大会颁发的 “2025钠电行业年度品牌企业”,成为本届年会备受瞩目的焦点之一。

本届年会以“锂想之外,钠领新篇”为主题,汇聚了、产业链龙头企业及投资机构,共同探讨钠离子电池的技术路线、应用场景与未来市场。众钠能源的深度参与,不仅展现了公司在行业内的技术领先地位,更彰显了公司推动钠电产业规模化发展的决心与实力。

在大会专场论坛上,赵建庆教授以《破局轻型动力:硫酸铁钠与元钠电池的产业化应用》为题,系统性地分享了众钠能源在正极材料、电芯、PACK等核心环节的最新研发进展,特别是公司独具特色的锂钠融合体系在提升能量密度、充放电倍率性能及改善低温性能方面取得的突破性成果。

直面钠电产业在轻型动力领域的发展机遇,深入剖析了电动自行车新国标切换窗口期带来的挑战与机遇,众钠能源创新解决方案,为处于多重挑战中的钠电产业提供了切实可行的破局思路。

双技术路线精准对接市场需求

“新国标的落地加速了用户需求分化,单一电池方案已难以满足市场。”赵建庆博士指出。在此背景下,众钠能源创新推出双技术路线,精准对接不同细分市场。

硫酸铁钠电池以硫酸钠与硫酸亚铁等工业副产物为核心原料,通过创新工艺实现低成本量产。该材料不仅符合新国标电芯设计标准,更在安全性方面表现出色,成为新国标电动自行车的理想选择,精准对接“追求安全与性价比”的大众市场。而面对高端市场,元钠电池通过突破单一离子储能机制,实现了锂钠离子的优势互补。

测试数据显示,该电池在-40℃极寒环境下仍能保持87%以上的放电容量,3C倍率放电时容量保持率超过97%,其出色的低温性能和快充能力,精准契合外卖、物流等专业场景的严苛需求。

产业化布局加速商业化进程

赵建庆教授介绍,公司位于镇江的正极材料量产基地——里钠能源,作为全球首个千吨级硫酸铁钠材料生产基地,目前已实现稳步批量出货。与此同时,为满足持续增长的市场需求,众钠能源正在西部区域布局新的量产基地。眉山里钠生产基地总设计产能3万吨/年,一期1万吨/年,预计在2025年底建设完成,将进一步提升公司的市场供应能力。

产品推进方面,除已经实现小规模量产的聚钠系列产品外,元钠轻擎系列产品预计将在2026年第一季度进入市场推广阶段,并于同年实现自主量产和规模化生产。

同期的“金锐奖2025中国钠电行业年度颁奖盛典”上,众钠能源荣获“2025钠电行业年度品牌企业”奖项。

Leveraging its leading advantages in the industrialization of polyanion technology, the company was awarded the "2025 Sodium Battery Industry Annual Brand Enterprise" at the conference.

At the dedicated forum of the conference, Dr. Zhao Jianqing presented a speech titled "Breaking New Ground in Light-Power Applications: The Industrialization of Sodium Iron Sulfate and Yuan Sodium Batteries," systematically sharing the latest R&D progress of Zoolnasm in core areas such as cathode materials, battery cells, and PACK. He particularly highlighted the breakthrough achievements of the company's unique lithium-sodium hybrid system in enhancing energy density, charge-discharge rate performance, and improving low-temperature performance.

Dual Technology Pathways Precisely Meet Market Demand

"The implementation of the new national standard has accelerated the diversification of user demands, making a single battery solution insufficient to meet market needs," Dr. Zhao Jianqing pointed out. In this context, Zoolnasm innovatively introduced dual technology pathways to precisely address different market segments.

The sodium iron sulfate battery uses industrial by-products such as sodium sulfate and ferrous sulfate as core raw materials, achieving low-cost mass production through innovative processes. This material not only complies with the new national standard for battery cell design but also excels in safety, making it an ideal choice for new national standard electric bicycles and precisely targeting the mass market that "pursues safety and cost-effectiveness." For the high-end market, the Yuan sodium battery breaks through the single-ion energy storage mechanism, achieving complementary advantages of lithium and sodium ions.

Test data show that this battery can retain over 87% of its discharge capacity even in extreme cold conditions of -40°C, and its capacity retention rate exceeds 97% during 3C rate discharge. Its exceptional low-temperature performance and fast-charging capability precisely meet the stringent requirements of professional scenarios such as food delivery and logistics.

Industrialization Layout Accelerates Commercialization Progress

Liolnasm, Zoolnasm's cathode material production base in Zhenjiang, serves as the world's first thousand-ton-scale sodium iron sulfate material production base and has achieved steady batch shipments. Meanwhile, to meet continuously growing market demand, Zoolnasm is deploying new production bases in the western region. The Meishan Liolnasm production base is expected to be completed by the end of 2025, further enhancing the company's market supply capacity.

In terms of product advancement, in addition to the Poly Sodium series products that have already achieved small-scale mass production, the Yuan Sodium Light Engine series products are expected to enter the market promotion phase in the first quarter of 2026, achieving independent mass production and scaled manufacturing within the same year.
